POP Pilates: Summer Slimdown Part 1
Can I just tell you how much fun I had making this video? Music’s good, moves are good. I just set the cam down and was like, k let’s do some Pilates. This slimdown series is TOUGH but that’s how I like it (and I know you like it like that too). There’s some of your favorite moves in there which were inspired by your latest posts on my facebook fan page. Thanks for always being interactive. These workouts are inspired by YOU!!!
